ENDLESS FANTASY (NOW ON iTUNES)
I cannot even begin to express how much I love this album. Above beyond and shattered all expectations and I heard all the singles as they came out.

Real human being, and a real chiptune cover
Gundersonmunderson created the graphics, animation, and music for this fun video. He emulated the Sega Genesis’ Yamaha YM2612 chip for this arrangement of College & Electric Youth’s “A Real Hero,” which you should remember from the soundtrack for Drive.

You wanna talk about they hypest piece of music you’ve ever heard? This right here. I can’t begin to talk about how motivated listening to this (and most of other Hige Driver’s songs) makes me. ;w;
I’m pretty new to this whole plug.dj thing but I basically made myself a handy Youtube playlist of dozens of classic game music collections and here we are. It’s kind of like Turntable just more … open, if that makes sense. Also not restricted to America because it’s based on Youtube and Soundcloud imports.

(=n_n)b first ever music video premiere!!
There are few things that could make my day better than it already is. This is one of them.
Playing chiptunes with friends, come join in bakas!
Quick Man (Edit) from the Rockman No Constancy soundtrack (Rockman 2 hack).
Oh, wow. This is actually an 8-bit cover of the Namco x Capcom Opening, but it’s absolutely beautiful here. If you’ve ever played this incredibly difficult ROM hack, the music is stunning and rewarding, just for playing through it. The true reward is actually finishing a stage. Even if you don’t make it (as most don’t), just hearing this playing in the background is often satisfying enough.
Someday I should Livestream my pitiful attempts at this game.
Another Winter by Anamanaguchi, remixed by Jackal Queenston.
Probably less chip and more electronic, but a great remix of a great song just on the edge of winter sounded like the best idea. First snowstorm of the season where I live, so Another Winter had to happen. Perhaps a bit “dancier” than the original, but this is still a very solid track.
It’s especially interesting for me because I always listen to Another Winter in the fall, and this is like the next step. I’m about to graduate, shit’s about to get real. I dunno. I have too many feelings about music.
